We use the status entries below to communicate the current public state of core customer workflows.

Application access
Operational

Customer access to the MerchantLedger application is available for normal use. If sign-in or app availability is broadly affected, we will note it here.

Settlement imports
Operational

Amazon settlement import workflows are available for normal operation. If imports are delayed, degraded, or require manual follow-up, we will communicate that on this page.

Accounting posting
Operational

Posting flows for supported accounting systems are available. Provider-side disruptions can still affect individual retries, and broader issues will be called out here.

Support / incident communication
Available

We use this page plus support@merchantledgerapp.com to communicate broader service issues. Account-specific help requests should still go directly to support.
